Meet Dr.
Zatcoff
Dr.
Richard Zatcoff has been in private practice for 30 years,
serving The Upstate since 1992. He is a graduate of Cornell
University in Ithaca, NY and received his Doctorate of
Podiatric Medicine from the Illinois College of Podiatric
Medicine in 1978. He was board certified by the American Board
of Podiatric Surgery in 1984. He served on active duty in the
US Navy from 1980-1983 and in Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
He currently serves in the US Navy Reserves
